WCNR2010 does not provide housing services. Instead, you may contact the official housing agent Mondial Congress & Events, who has secured a sufficient number of hotel rooms in 5*, 4* and 3* hotels at competitive rates.
HOTEL BOOKING All rates are in EURO (€), per room, per night incl. breakfast, service charges and taxes. The number of nights booked serves as a basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked. The balance between the deposit and your total invoice must be settled directly with the hotel.
All changes or cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations of rooms received by January 15, 2010 will be refunded, less an administration fee of EUR 35,00. For cancellations received after January 15, 2010 or no-shows the deposit will not be refunded. Amounts due will be reimbursed after the congress.
Hotel deposits are cashed in name and on responsibility of the hotel.
LIABILITY
Mondial Congress shall act as a mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
